The back pressure driven steam turbine is mainly used for steam pressure difference ≥ 0.2MPa, steam flow ≥ 6t/ h, and single unit power between 100kW-5000kW. At present, the internal efficiency of axial-flow steam turbine in the market is often less than 50% due to its complex structure and low speed. The radial steam turbine has the advantages of high power generation efficiency (internal efficiency more than 70%), simple and reliable structure, small floor area, modular installation, and no need for special personnel. In order to ensure the efficient operation of radial turbine, the core technical problems such as high speed, off design condition and shaft end sealing are solved. The technical team has applied for a number of patents in the research and development process of key technologies and systems of radial turbine.
