On November 13, the National Development and Reform Commission announced the third batch of research topics selected by the Development Strategy and Planning Department in 2023. The list includes 19 topics, including research on the implementation path of the "dual control" system of total carbon emissions and intensity, research on the trend and impact of the international carbon tariff mechanism, and research on the coordination of energy green and low-carbon transformation and security.

On October 20, 2023, our company publicly released the Announcement on the website of the National Development and Reform Commission on the collection of the third batch of research topics in 2023 of the Development Strategy and Planning Department of the National Development and Reform Commission, which has received positive response and strong support from many research institutions and research institutes. After rigorous evaluation, the responsible unit and person in charge of the relevant subject have been determined (see annex for details). Recently, our company will contact each undertaking unit to handle the relevant procedures.
